Introducing The Regals Serif Font Family – a crisp, modern spin on a classic transitional serif font. The Regals is a strong & classy display typeface which is highly versatile – offering 4 different styles (Regular, Bold. Italic, Bold italic), as well as a range of ornate alternate and overlapping ligature characters for when you’re in need of a little extra custom flair. Whether it’s stylish headers, elegant logos or timeless quote layouts, The Regals fonts are ready to add sophistication and presence to a range of design projects.
This font family includes four font files;
- The Regals Regular
- The Regals Bold
- The Regals Italic
- The Regals Bold italic
Language Support • All fonts include language support for English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Indonesian, Malay, Hungarian, Polish, Croatian, Turkish, Romanian, Czech, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovak, Slovenian.
Accessing Ligatures and Alternates • Ligatures are available by turning on ‘Standard Ligatures’. Ligatures will automatically generate when available (see images for full list of 36 ligatures). Alternate characters are available by turning on Stylistic ‘Alternates’. characters S, Q, R, g, t will switch to the alternate letterform when using the Regular or Bold styles.
Ligatures and Alternates are also available via the Glyphs panel in most software. The font is also PUA encoded, meaning all letters can be pasted from Font Book (mac) or Character Map (windows) into non-compatible software.
