2. Font Licensing

All fonts offered on this Website are licensed, not sold. By purchasing or downloading any font, you agree to be bound by our End User License Agreement (EULA). The type of license you choose at the time of purchase determines how you can use the font. Free fonts are licensed under the Standard License.

You are responsible for choosing the correct license for your intended use. Unauthorized use, sharing, reselling, or modifying fonts beyond the license scope is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Payments, Orders & Refunds

All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

All payment transactions are made via PayPal or Stripe. Set Sail Studios does not process payments, nor does Set Sail Studios store payment card information.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except:

• Or if otherwise required under UK consumer law

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

All fonts and digital files are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive:

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive your files within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@setsailstudios.com.

Download links remain accessible for a reasonable period, but we recommend backing up your files after download.
